Van 9 t/m 15 January 2024 we went to the MyDOG for a week with the Dock Diving Academy demo team – Nordens största hundevenemang show in Sweden. What a wonderful time we had. Many personal records improved, not only from Xanu but also from the dogs of other team members. Huge crowds of spectators; with all demos, 3x per day 4 for days, the stands were packed and the pool area was also full. Wow! And all those people cheered and clapped at the dogs' jumps. The dogs all showed great performance, despite the long car journey, on the boat, in the hotel you noticed little or nothing of it.
Great to get to know your team members and their dogs in this way!
A great experience also thanks to Oticurant, nothing was too crazy, if we needed anything regarding the well-being of the dogs, it came. When the water was too cold, heat filters and a water blower were installed for the dogs, extremely well organised. An experience we will never forget. What a fun time! Xanu did a fantastic job with 3 personal records in a row. Despite the long car journey, he has felt so comfortable 9 hours in a strange car with strange people, then a 14 hour boat trip from Kiel in Germany to Gothenburg in Sweden, kept wonderfully. Like he did it every day. Then a week in a hotel with a lot of dogs around… what a wonderfully stable dog he is. I'm so proud of my boy!
